For the projects of development cooperation in foreign countries there are short and long-term contracts of collaboration according to different qualifications.

All the staff expatriated is selected depending to the needs of every single project.
The Association has particular care to their training.
The economic treatment reflects the different levels of qualifications and the roll to carry out.
